As a Salesforce Solutions Architect - Technical Consulting Lead, you will lead impactful Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. After project completion, you will serve as the primary point of contact with clients, driving project success by ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Your role will connect complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions. You will interpret business requirements and design solution architectures that effectively address these needs, guiding technical decisions to align with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of technology solutions, emphasizing quality and risk management. Your responsibilities will include: Developing solutions for intricate problems and recommending policy changes. Establishing procedures that impact your immediate work area and potentially broader business functions. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes. Skills and Attributes for Success To excel as a Lead in Solution Architecture, a strong combination of technical and business expertise is essential. Your success will depend on: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels of the audience. Experience leading discovery meetings to uncover system requirements and gain insights into client business processes. Deep proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations. Salesforce integration expertise along with familiarity with various middleware tools. In-depth experience with Salesforce technologies, including APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and AppExchange. Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce, including Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows. The ability to design solutions for the Salesforce platform and identifying gaps between current and future states. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities, with the ability to collaborate with developers on custom code or data migration specifications. Strong skills in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Capability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans while supporting change management efforts. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4-6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more, including hands-on configuration and customization experience. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with relational database concepts. Self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Salesforce.com certification(s). Willingness to travel as required by client needs. Ideally, You'll Also Have A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred.
