Headquartered in New York, NY, we are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to enrich our remotely-based Provider Engagement team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance clinical trial enrollment services while building lasting relationships with Hematologists and Oncologists. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in the Biotech or Pharma industry. Reporting to the Head of US & Brazil Provider Engagement, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining a strong provider network to facilitate patient identification, targeting individual physicians, patient advocacy groups, physician associations, boutique CROs, hospitals, established CROs, insurance companies, and NGS labs through proactive outreach and direct visits. Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships to improve Massive Bio's operations in Brazil. Collaborating closely with referring hospitals and physicians in proximity to recruiting sites for clinical trials contracted by Massive Bio. Showcasing and presenting Massive Bio's services to our provider network while ensuring consistent follow-ups on all engagement processes. Streamlining the referral process from providers to effectively enroll patients in clinical trials that Massive Bio handles. Offering crucial patient engagement support, including direct communication and the collection of medical records. Managing patient referrals and retention strategies to guarantee successful enrollment and ongoing support. Documenting field activities and communications using our CRM system, and providing timely reports to internal leadership and team members. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology with established pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, or biotech firms. A strong network of Hematologists and Oncologists is essential. Willingness to travel to healthcare providers' offices and hospitals, with reimbursement available for mileage or public transport costs. Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English are required. Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the healthcare system is a must. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are imperative. Must reside in Brazil. Please note that only resumes submitted in English will be reviewed.
