Efficiently process financial transactions for both consumer and business accounts, ensuring accuracy and quality in each interaction. Confirm transactions with members or guests to meet their needs. 20%

Balance your cash drawer throughout the day and at the end of shifts to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions. 15%

Cultivate a strong understanding of our products and services to provide tailored recommendations to members, while meeting branch performance baselines. 10%

Support in-branch cash machines and ATMs, handling maintenance, cash replenishment, and daily balancing as required. 10%

Assist with teller transactions, manage check holds, complex requests, and support escalated inquiries from members. 5%

Research and resolve member questions and concerns, while assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
