We're looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who will define and execute all aspects of our advertiser product development and go-to-market strategies for a new agentic ad product. Amazon's ad offerings enable customers to discover new products they love while empowering brands to find new customers and grow revenues.

Key Job Responsibilities

Define product needs across ad systems and models that power sponsored ads

Surface qualitative and quantitative insights as the voice of the advertisers to shape product direction and ensure product‑market fit

Scale ad product adoption across advertisers, agencies, and tool providers

Collaborate with and leverage the expertise of analytics, legal, PR, sales, and marketing teams to drive product definition and adoption

Your contributions will be highly visible and instrumental in hitting goals carried by Amazon's leadership team (S‑Team). A diverse group of stakeholders will rely on your vision and messaging, including advertisers, agencies, and internal ad sales and operations teams.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience

4+ years of technical product or program management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
