Please note this is a hands on production job and not a graphic design role.
As a Production Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the physical production of signs and graphics. The ideal candidate will also have installation skills to support our install needs. We are looking for a hands‑on, self‑motivated team player who can work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and is focused on customer satisfaction.
A Production Specialist will perform the key functions below:
Sign and Printing Production:
Produce signs and graphics by operating a variety of machines including wide format printers, CNC machines and cutting tools.
Equipment Use & Maintenance:
Operate and maintain tools like Flatbed Printers, vinyl plotters, laminators. CNC router experience is a plus.
Quality Checks:
Ensure all signs and graphics meet quality standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work with team members to understand client needs and ensure we meet project goals and deadlines.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Ensure a clean and organized production area.
Ideal Education and Experience
Specialized Equipment Experience including plotter/cutters, CNC, laminators, and wide-format printers.
Knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus for preparing graphics.
Desired experience: 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high‑quality work.
Ability to use light power equipment.
