Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing
Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
Work closely with project managers and preconstruction teams
Participate in value engineering and budget development
Support project handoff from preconstruction to operations
Requirements
Minimum 4–6+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor
Proven experience on ground-up commercial projects
Experience across healthcare, grocery, office, automotive, or industrial projects preferred
Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
