Job Description This position is responsible for assisting the director of the High School Play and effectively provide the best possible education for each participant to develop an appreciation of the activity.
Qualifications
Possess effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrate a high level personal integrity and the ability to hold participants and colleagues to high standards of conduct;
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the skills, rules, and strategies of the sport or activity;
Ability to model or demonstrate techniques, activities, and equipment used to develop fundamental skills
Ability to develop drill and practice activities that teach and enhance individual and group skill development;
Ability to differentiate instruction according to the individual needs and abilities of participants;
Ability to develop and execute effective plans based on the abilities of participants
Ability to plan and enforce appropriate health and safety regulations and ensure the welfare of students at all times;
Consistently maintains a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor;
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth
