
Overview
LHH is seeking temporary Fund Development Donor Data Management Specialist to provide immediate operational support for a notable non-profit organization in Mableton, GA. This role will focus on donor data tracking, reporting, and overall fund development operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing donor information systems and supporting fundraising teams through accurate data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage donor records within the organization’s donor database/CRM
Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor data, including data entry, updates, and audits
Track donor contributions and generate reports for the Fund Development team
Support fundraising campaigns through data tracking and performance reporting
Assist with donor acknowledgments and related documentation as needed
Provide general operational and administrative support to the Fund Development department
Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications
Experience in fund development, fundraising operations, or donor management
Hands-on experience with donor databases/CRM systems
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to generate and interpret reports
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and step in quickly with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
