What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and track consignments and loaner inventory within the assigned territory
Provide case coverage and manage accounts in the designated region
Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager
Aggressively solicit orders from current and prospective customers for assigned products
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years in medical sales; or
High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Associate Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of sales experience; or
Associate Degree AND 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Bachelor’s degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
Experience working in an operating room setting
Flexibility in work schedule
Prior experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room preferred
Local candidates and those with Medtronic experience are preferred
