
About the Role:
As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of large and high-profile portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor the performance of assigned high-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
Act as the primary contact between lenders, master servicers, producers and borrowers.
Work with a Loan Sr. Analyst or Portfolio Sr. Analyst to ensure that procedures are being followed.
Review and interpret loan documents and ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
Review and prepare multifaceted recommendations for lender consent items such as easements, leases, loan assumptions, and many other real estate-related issues.
Coordinate conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers, updating them on loan issues and other specific investor requests.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
