What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a local on‑site program representative for small business and commercial customers
Install energy‑efficient equipment and conduct energy efficiency audits and verifications
Train field staff and develop training materials on installation and configuration according to client specifications
Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve issues
Travel throughout a defined territory to support account managers and project initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4‑8 years of relevant industry experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
Strong communication skills to provide input and updates to program staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with energy efficiency retrofits or new construction projects
Familiarity with energy auditing practices and standards
Previous training experience for field staff
Knowledge of project management principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
