We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to help drive our continued growth, partnering directly with senior leadership to execute high‑caliber searches, uncover world‑class talent, and support some of the most innovative firms across digital assets and financial markets. As an early joiner, you will take on leadership responsibility quickly and benefit from significant performance‑based upside.
Role & Responsibilities This role will focus heavily on sourcing and evaluating top‑tier quantitative and trading talent across systematic trading, quantitative research, machine learning, and low‑latency engineering, while also serving as a 360° recruiter responsible for building deep client relationships, advising on hiring strategy, and supporting new‑client acquisition.
Identify, evaluate, and engage high‑caliber quantitative professionals including quant traders, portfolio managers, quant researchers, ML/AI researchers, quantitative developers, and high‑performance trading engineers.
Conduct deep market mapping and talent intelligence research, identifying candidates through proprietary insights, competitive analysis, and multi‑market sourcing.
Drive candidate outreach, assessments, preparation, and interview management with a high‑touch, research‑driven approach.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, contributing to search planning, intake meetings, and ongoing refinement of talent requirements while deepening long‑term client relationships.
Represent client opportunities with clarity and market insight, enhancing both candidate engagement and the firm’s reputation through high‑quality, consultative communication.
Contribute to strategic talent intelligence initiatives and support cross‑functional work relating to advisory and market analysis.
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within executive search or financial services.
Strong understanding of (or willingness to rapidly learn) crypto, digital assets, quantitative trading, systematic strategies, machine learning‑driven research, low‑latency trading, and the broader front‑office quant ecosystem.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when interfacing with senior candidates and clients.
Research‑oriented mindset with the ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail‑driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to thrive within a boutique, high‑performance culture.
Experience recruiting quant traders, PMs, quantitative researchers, machine learning engineers, or technical trading talent is a strong plus.
Competitive compensation package (salary + uncapped, performance driven, commission plan up to 60%). Year‑one OTE of $160,000–$220,000+
