Role Overview The Customer Service and Account Manager role is a position that supports our Commercial Lines Sales Producers. This individual will manage client relationships, service accounts, and perform licensed insurance activities while delivering proactive solutions that align with each client’s needs. Your key responsibilities may include:

Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals

Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy

Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutions

Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness

Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately

Deliver exceptional client service that strengthens long term relationships and supports agency growth

Qualifications

Minimum 3 year Commercial Insurance Account Management experience required

Needs to be able to operate on Eastern Standard Time

Strong professionalism and ethical standards

Consistent follow through on deadlines, meetings and client commitments

Ideal Candidate

Ability to operate on Eastern Standard Time

Experienced in both Personal and Commercial Lines
