Compensation:

$48,000 - $400,000+/year (Commission + Quarterly Profit Share)

Experience Level:

All Levels Welcome (Licensed or In-Progress)

Key Responsibilities

Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using structured systems

Conduct buyer and seller consultations with expert market knowledge

Negotiate transactions and guide clients through the closing process

Attend weekly training and implement proven sales frameworks

Manage client pipeline using CRM and follow-up automation

Build referral business and maintain post-close client relationships

Requirements

Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)

Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset

Coachable and open to performance accountability

Comfortable with commission-based compensation

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed

Ability to attend Denver office meetings (minimum weekly)

Reliable transportation for client showings
