Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Representative based in Tucson, AZ. The Insurance Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing personalized insurance recommendations, and handling sales of various insurance products. Additional duties include assisting customers with their policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role requires collaboration with the State Farm Agent and team to meet individual and organizational goals. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Understanding of Finance and its application in insurance-related services Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide an excellent client experience Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment Licensed in Property and Casualty or Life and Health insurance (or willingness to obtain licensure) Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
