Identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue cycle
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare insurance claims preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with medical billing and reimbursement practices
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement accounting principles
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience working collaboratively within a team setting
