
Role: OnBase Consultant (EP5 Upgrade)
Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)
Length: 12-Month Contract
Seeking an experienced OnBase Consultant to upgrade the client’s current OnBase system from EP5 to version 25.1 and provide consulting expertise on OnBase REST API usage. 100% remote opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, advise, and execute all tasks related to upgrading the OnBase environment.
Partner with solution owners, developers, and IT support teams to provide guidance on utilizing OnBase REST APIs.
Gather business and technical requirements, assess needs, evaluate solution options, and recommend best‑fit OnBase solutions.
Design and implement proposed solutions.
Conduct peer design and implementation reviews.
Propose and implement automation opportunities wherever possible.
Learn and manage system configurations, internals, and administrative features.
Evaluate, test, and implement system-level changes.
Stay current on new OnBase features, upgrades, and trends; recommend and implement applicable enhancements.
Evaluate and integrate add-on components as needed.
Develop, maintain, and enforce guidelines and standards for OnBase usage and solution development.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
