Position Description
The Monroe County District Public Defender's Office is actively seeking compassionate & committed individuals with a passion for serving the public interest, by ensuring access to justice for impecunious individuals. Joining our team as an Assistant Public Defender, you will report to the Chief Public Defender and will be responsible for representing and defending indigent clients in District Justice Court, Court of Common Plea, in state Superior and Supreme Courts, & in Juvenile Court within the State of Pennsylvania.
