Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System Leader , you will play a pivotal role in strengthening operational excellence at our

Alamo, TN Factory within the North America (NAM) Hub.

In this role, you will guide the implementation and continuous advancement of our global ITM System—our Lean operating model for the Transformers business. You will partner directly with the Factory Manager and leadership team to drive breakthrough improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. Your expertise will influence everything from strategy deployment and daily management to process optimization and cultural transformation.

You will champion waste elimination, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the factory value chain, empowering teams with Lean tools, coaching, and proven methodologies that elevate both performance and maturity. This is a high‑visibility position that allows you to shape the systems, behaviors, and capabilities that define how we operate.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead Strategy Deployment and connect breakthrough objectives to daily execution.

Facilitate KPI (Bowler) development, action plans, and Kaizen roadmaps.

Advance ITM System maturity across all phases of deployment.

Champion Lean tools such as 5S, DMS, LSW, VSM, and Kaizen.

Drive cost‑out, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.

Guide cross‑functional teams to improve performance and eliminate waste.

Strengthen daily management and operational routines across the factory.

Train and coach employees to build Lean capability and organizational maturity.

Support root‑cause problem solving and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Monitor and report progress using RELEX or similar improvement tracking systems.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.

10+ years in Lean operating systems and continuous improvement.

Experience in manufacturing and transactional process improvement.

Demonstrated success implementing major Lean systems (Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell, etc.).

Lean/Six Sigma certification (Lean Expert, Lean Master, Black Belt) preferred.

Proven track record of delivering breakthrough, measurable results.
