
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting in Salesforce to analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns and channels.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of our marketing activities, providing actionable insights into which initiatives are generating pipeline and revenue.
Create and optimize dashboards in Salesforce to provide a clear, centralized view of lead flow, conversion rates, engagement, attribution and the impact of marketing activities on the sales funnel.
Develop and manage a systematic process for segmenting our user database—using product usage, behavior, and health data—to identify ideal candidates for marketing campaigns.
Proactively identify data anomalies and inconsistencies in our marketing data, ensuring accuracy and reliability for all reporting.
Collaborate closely with the Business Technology team to maintain and optimize our marketing technology stack and data infrastructure.
Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to define key metrics, build custom reports, and answer critical business questions about lead quality and engagement.
Audit and maintain data quality to ensure reliable targeting and segmentation for all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, business intelligence, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS organization.
Direct, hands‑on experience with Salesforce reporting, Salesforce campaign and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Expertise in measuring campaign performance against business goals, particularly ROI and pipeline generation.
Clear and precise communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a non‑technical audience.
Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and cross‑functional projects.
A metrics‑mindful approach and a deep understanding of how data influences business decisions.
Bonus: Background in data analysis or systems administration is a plus.
