This field-based Account Executive role focuses on growing specialty infusion services across PA by building trusted relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners. You will combine strategic territory planning with clinical education to expand access to infusion therapies and support seamless patient care.
What You’ll Do Execute a territory strategy to drive new referrals and grow existing accounts Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital systems, and outpatient clinics Educate providers on specialty infusion services through consultative, value-based conversations Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding Represent the organization at regional healthcare events and industry conferences Track activity and account progress consistently within the CRM Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and strengthen market presence
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion services, patient advocacy, or healthcare sales. Strong relationship-building and provider education skills Understanding of infusion therapies, specialty medications, and reimbursement dynamics Organized, self-directed approach to managing a large, field-based territory Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
