What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles within financial services or regulated environments.
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive leadership.
General understanding of BSA/AML regulatory expectations and experience with risk and compliance requirements.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA or advanced degree.
