We need someone to build and lead our recruitment function from day one.
The Role You'll own candidate delivery. When a CSM closes a deal, you make sure we deliver quality candidates fast. You'll manage recruiters, set sourcing strategy, and ensure quality across all placements.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage the recruitment team
Set sourcing strategy by role type and geography
Ensure candidate shortlists are delivered on time
Quality control on all candidates presented
Manage ATS and recruitment processes
Report on recruitment metrics and pipeline
What We're Looking For:
5+ years recruitment experienceOops - corrected below keep only start.
Team lead or management experience
BPO, staffing agency, or RPO background ideal
Strong English communication
Metrics-driven
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies a plus
