Hiring Full-Time Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant
Experience in multifamily property management is required to be considered for this position.
PAY:
$16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap. Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE:
Weekdays 8-5 with rotating Saturday 8-2, every Sunday off.
WORK LOCATION:
21 South at Parkview Apartments in Baton Rouge.

What We Give You

What You Will Be Doing
Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have
1 year experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years experience in customer service
