Position: Part-Time Leasing Professional Location: The Cove- Canal Winchester, OH Office Hours: Part-Time, 3 days per week Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
What You’ll Do: You’ll support leasing success and create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents by:
Engaging prospects, conducting tours, and highlighting community features
Managing inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation in Yardi
Assisting with applications, renewals, and insurance verification
Ensuring seamless move-ins and maintaining model/market-ready units
Supporting bookkeeping, reporting, marketing, social media, and resident events
Who You Are: A customer-focused, organized professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
At least
1 year of multifamily leasing or related sales experience
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office ; Yardi experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
Experience with
property tours, leasing, applications, and renewals
Ability to conduct
market surveys and competitive analysis
A
valid driver’s license , reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
