This role supports the daily operations of

Technology Services – End User Operations , ensuring employees across the organization have the appropriate

hardware, software, and services

needed to work effectively. The position focuses on

IT asset lifecycle management ,

procurement and financial tracking ,

data analysis , and

operational reporting

to drive efficiency, compliance, and an improved end‑user experience.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of

IT operations knowledge

(deskside support or end‑user services) and

business/financial acumen , with the ability to analyze data, manage assets, and collaborate across technical and business teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities IT Asset & Lifecycle Management

Manage the

end‑to‑end lifecycle

of end‑user hardware and services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and retirement.

Support asset management for devices such as

computers, monitors, printers, and mobile devices , as well as software and service subscriptions.

Maintain accurate asset records, inventory controls, and compliance with corporate standards and governance requirements.

Understand and support

hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM)

processes, including licensing and entitlements.

Procurement & Financial Operations

Submit and track

purchase orders , process invoices, and support budget alignment for end‑user technology.

Assist with

forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis

related to IT assets and services.

Ensure adherence to

procurement, financial, and accounting policies .

Audit asset and financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

Collect, analyze, and validate operational data related to assets, spend, and service performance.

Create and maintain

Excel reports and dashboards

to support trend analysis, growth metrics, and process improvement.

Develop and track

operational metrics and KPIs

to improve efficiency, cost control, and service quality.

Utilize databases and reporting tools to generate insights for leadership and operational teams.

Tools, Systems & Process Support

Use

ServiceNow

for ticketing, asset management, reporting, and lifecycle tracking.

Leverage

SAP

for procurement, financial processing, and data analysis (basic understanding required).

Support time tracking and reporting activities.

Participate in

benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance end‑user services.

Serve as a liaison between end users, IT teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure expectations, timelines, and requirements are understood.

Facilitate periodic meetings with internal teams or strategic partners as needed.

Apply strong

customer service principles

to ensure a positive end‑user experience.

Compliance, Security & Risk Awareness

Ensure compliance with

SLAs, governance processes, and corporate policies .

Adhere to

security protocols , physical safety requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.

Support Emergency Operations events when required.

Technical & Operational Skills

Basic understanding of

computer hardware, mobile devices, and enterprise IT environments

Familiarity with

IT asset management principles

and lifecycle processes

Basic knowledge of

enterprise network concepts

Exposure to

software licensing models and entitlements

Proficiency with

ServiceNow

(ticketing, asset management, reporting)

Working knowledge of

Microsoft 365 , including cloud services and Microsoft Teams

Strong Excel skills, including reporting and dashboard creation

Business & Analytical Skills

Ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Understanding of

procurement, budgeting, and forecasting

concepts

Ability to audit and validate data for accuracy and compliance

Familiarity with

Agile concepts

supporting operating platforms (foundational level)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field

2–4 years of experience

in one or more of the following:

End‑user IT operations or deskside support

IT asset management (hardware and/or software)

Technology procurement or IT financial operations

Experience supporting

budgeting, purchasing, and asset lifecycle processes

is strongly preferred
