Superintendents
to lead the ground-up construction of
Walmart and other Big Box retail

Key Responsibilities As a Superintendent, you’ll be on the front lines of project execution—responsible for site coordination, schedule adherence, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.
Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites
Conduct and document progress meetings
Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, cost controls, and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWPPP, and company protocols
What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
✅ Strong knowledge of
ground-up construction , especially Big Box Retail or Grocery
✅
Walmart
project experience is a major plus
✅ Comfortable with scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management
✅ OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
✅ Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✅ Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
