
Architectural Designer
We’re looking for two talented Architectural Designers to join our growing New York studio. You’ll work across Workplace and Real Estate/Amenity projects, contributing to design, documentation, and—depending on experience—construction administration. This is a great opportunity to grow technically, collaborate closely with leadership, and make a real design impact.
What You’ll Do
Support projects from early design through full documentation.
Participate in construction administration (for experienced candidates).
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
Ensure technical accuracy and uphold design intent across all phases.
Serve in a technical production role or lead small to mid-sized project components.
What You Bring
Strong Revit skills (daily use).
Experience in commercial interiors or architectural design.
Ability to develop design + construction documents.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Nice to Have
Experience in workplace, amenities, hospitality, or repositioning projects.
Ability to independently own project packages or run smaller projects.
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, site visits, and basic CA workflows.
Exposure to codes, ADA, zoning, and permitting.
Strong BIM/modeling skills + tools like Bluebeam, Enscape, Adobe Suite.
Comfort presenting design ideas to teams or clients.
Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with material research, specs, and presentation support.
On-site survey experience a plus.
Experience Levels
Workplace Designers: 3–7 years
Real Estate/Amenities Designers: 2–5 years
