At the global level, Vish will revolutionize supply chain management for the entire hair color industry.
Applicant Qualities and Experience
Consultative in approach, with the ability to quickly build rapport with small business owners
both in person and remotely Great networker able to build industry relationships and gain client recommendations
within an assigned territory Highly driven, thrives on exceeding targets Proactive and able to create new opportunities and develop them through all stages of the pipeline
through field prospecting and relationship building Active learner able to quickly become an expert in our industry area
Essential Requirements
3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the beauty or hair industry or B2B technology,
including outside or field sales Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Evidence of independent working, lead generation, and networking skills
in a territory-based role Strong, confident phone presence without arrogance, able to build rapport with anyone in the organization High level of activity across
in-person meetings
, phone, email, and social media Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software effortlessly Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to book meetings and
manage field activity Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers and prospects
