About the Role: VersaTube is seeking a high-impact, motivated Commercial Sales Account Executive to develop and grow our B2B and B2G/Public Sector revenue channels. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, solution design, and closing new business within commercial and government segments.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across B2B and B2G/Public Sector markets. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through quoting, negotiation, and close. Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts, relationship-building, and market expansion initiatives. Respond to RFPs, government bids, procurement requests, and large-volume opportunities. Develop building designs and solutions that align with customer needs, intended use, and technical requirements. Serve as a liaison to the Engineering team when appropriate, ensuring accurate specifications, timely design support, and clear communication between the customer and engineering resources. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Retail Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance insights to the Manager of Sales & Customer Experience. Maintain CRM accuracy and follow a structured outbound and follow-up cadence.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B, Public Sector/Government, or broader Commercial sales roles. Proven success selling complex or custom solutions with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated experience developing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, relationship-building, and market expansion. Background in building materials, engineered products, manufacturing, or construction-related industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, including large-ticket or project-based sales. Experience navigating government bidding, procurement cycles, and RFP processes strongly preferred. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. Highly self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales workflows to manage pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Typical on-target earnings range $85,000–$130,000+, depending on performance. Health, dental, and vision insurance. PTO and company holidays. Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding Commercial Sales function.
