Stelvio is partnering with a fast-growing client building applied AI systems for

heavy industry . This is not experimental or theoretical AI — their technology is already deployed inside large industrial environments, influencing real operational decisions at massive scale. with strong year-on-year growth and ambitious expansion plans.

They are hiring a

Strategy & Operations Manager

to sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, and core business operations. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on both solving complex business problems and keeping the operational backbone of the company running smoothly as it scales internationally.

You’ll be trusted to tackle ambiguous, high-impact challenges, while also executing essential operational work that enables rapid growth. Key areas you’ll work across include:

Strategy & analysis:

Building models and conducting analysis to support critical business decisions People operations:

Designing and running systems for hiring, onboarding, and organisational structure Planning:

Supporting complex capacity and staffing planning across multiple enterprise projects in parallel Reporting & tooling:

Developing ways to track business performance and building internal tools or automations to improve efficiency Growth & commercial operations:

Supporting sales pipeline management, marketing execution, and customer contracts International operations:

Helping set up and operate overseas entities, navigating tax, insurance, and regulatory considerations Workspace projects:

Supporting office or lab moves as the company grows

This role is suited to someone with exceptional ability and strong ownership instincts. There’s no single background required we are open to candidates from startups, engineering, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or similar environments.

About you Experience solving operational or strategic problems in fast-moving environments Highly disciplined and comfortable working independently amid frequent change Strong quantitative skills, ideally from a STEM, economics, or mathematical background Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing Take pride in doing high-quality work, even without close oversight Thrive with autonomy while still enjoying close collaboration

Programming experience isn’t required, but familiarity with scripting, automation, data analysis, or querying databases is a plus.
