Responsibilities

Design, build and refine our data & analytics infrastructure (ETLs, data pipelines and data warehouse) aligned to business logic Implement and optimize real-time event pipelines using GTM and our internal data collection architecture Transform raw data into reliable warehouse components and structure data models for key stakeholders Create and maintain marketing KPI dashboards with BI tools and third-party analytics platforms Conduct quantitative analyses, build predictive models and run experiments to support acquisition and retention Perform ad-hoc analyses to uncover opportunities for campaign optimization and user retention improvements Collaborate with marketing, product, customer support and leadership teams to translate insights into growth strategies Lead cross-functional initiatives to test and scale personalization and optimization efforts Requirements

B.A./B.Sc. in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) 5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in high-volume e-commerce/D2C environments Proficiency with ETL tools and processes, and SQL for querying data warehouses Experience with Python or R and familiarity with Google Analytics Strong analytical mindset in fast-paced startup settings, able to manage multiple projects Experience with Data Warehouses: Snowflake (plus), BigQuery or Redshift Fluent in English; additional fluency in Portuguese or Hebrew is a plus
