We are looking for someone to manage online sales operations, customer communication, and inventory across platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory (our website, FashionGo, other platforms)
Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
Respond to order-related inquiries
Assist with SNS updates and basic online marketing to help drive sales
Qualifications
2–3+ years of e-commerce experience preferred
Strong English communication skills
Good fashion sense & awareness of trends
Organized, detail-oriented, sales-minded
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
