Responsibilities Spend your first 3 months in training, working alongside successful Account Executives to learn the business inside and out Prospect, cold call, and build a book of business from the ground up Negotiate rates with customers and carriers Manage daily freight movements, problem-solve, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery Provide transparent, reliable communication to customers, carriers, and teammates Full-time availability, 100% on-site at our Columbus HQ
