to

spearhead high-impact corporate and employee engagement event activations, leading initiatives from ideation through flawless execution. This role ensures seamless, on-brand experiences that elevate our client’s brands, strengthen employee engagement, and support broader corporate relations objectives. The Director must balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing both high-level vision and day-to-day event logistics. Working closely with internal clients, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, the Director builds and delivers compelling event experiences that align with company culture, brand standards, and business goals. This role plays a critical role in shaping how employees and stakeholders experience the company through meaningful, innovative, and flawlessly executed corporate events and engagement activations.

Job Responsibilities: Strategic Planning + Insights Support the development and implementation of event strategies that align with corporate objectives and brand standards. Manage and communicate a comprehensive event calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities. Create and manage detailed event scenarios, planning and milestone tracking for all events. Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders on event progress and strategic opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to event experiences. Event Activation: Pre-Production / On-Site Prep Acts as the primary event producer for corporate and employee engagement events, overseeing and leading the full life cycle of event creation from concept through delivery. Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop best-practice event strategies, ensuring project taskforces are aligned on deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities. Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Corporate Relations, Internal Communications, P&C and Brand teams to translate business objectives into impactful event experiences. Source, manage, and lead vendors and production partners, ensuring adherence to event strategy, brand guidelines, creative direction, and approved budgets. Develop and manage comprehensive event processes, including concept development, catering, furniture, décor, entertainment, branded activations, and experiential elements. Guide decision-making with key stakeholders while balancing creativity, logistics, budget, and risk considerations. Event Activation: Event Execution Lead and oversee all event elements on-site, coordinating closely with venues, vendors, production teams, and internal staff. Serve as the primary escalation point during live events, identifying fast solutions, and implementing contingency and backup plans as needed. Ensure flawless execution, guest experience, brand alignment, and operational excellence during all phases of event activation. Event Activation: Post-Production Create detailed reports for client groups outlining results and key learning's for major events and initiatives Manage invoicing, budget reconciliation, and final financial wrap-up for all events. Capture insights and feedback to continuously refine event strategies, processes, and engagement impact.

Must Have Skills / Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Experience with Airtable. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Technical and creative skills in building decks/presentation (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite of Apps, etc.) Ability to simplify complex, global processes and clearly articulate benefits to diverse audiences. Communicates with clarity, confidence, and purpose, particularly when promoting new initiatives and aligning cross-market teams around a shared direction. Proven experience collaborating across functions and regions in a highly matrixed environment. Demonstrates the ability to bridge teams, resolve friction points, and create cohesive, efficient workflows. Strong ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations, validate strategies, and support decision-making. Translates data into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders. Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders, as well as internal teams and key partners. Brings momentum to ongoing initiatives through accountability, thoughtful partnership, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Experience understanding brand positioning and translating it into compelling event messaging and experiences that align with strategic objectives.
