Surge Supply Co. is building the operating system for how multi-unit chains manage branded sustainable packaging.
We power thousands of retail locations nationwide and help convenience stores and QSR chains eliminate vendor fragmentation, prevent stockouts, and gain real-time visibility across their packaging supply chain.
We manufacture our own premium sustainable product suite and pair it with operational infrastructure so multi-unit operators can scale without supply chain headaches.
We are not a traditional distributor. We are building the infrastructure layer behind how chains manage disposables at scale.
Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Enterprise Account Executive (QSR & C-Store Focus).
This role owns full-cycle revenue generation, from cold outreach through signed contracts, focused on multi-unit QSR and convenience store chains (20–1,500+ locations).
You will build pipeline independently, run discovery calls, coordinate sampling and pricing, and close deals. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the sales playbook as we scale.
Responsibilities include: Prospecting into QSR and c-store chains Managing the full deal cycle: outreach → discovery → samples/pricing → close Building and maintaining disciplined CRM pipeline visibility Collaborating with Ops to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts Representing Surge at trade shows and key industry events
This is not a territory management role. This is a builder role.
Qualifications 3–7 years of B2B sales experience Experience selling into multi-unit restaurant, c-store, foodservice, or distribution environments Strong outbound prospecting ability Comfortable navigating procurement cycles and buying committees Self-directed, competitive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Experience in packaging, food brokerage, or foodservice distribution is a strong plus Existing industry relationships are highly value

Compensation $140,000–$180,000 On-Target Earnings (uncapped) Equity package included Remote (travel required for trade shows and key accounts)
