Compensation: $50,000 – $90,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Availability: Every third Saturday

About the Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound calls from prospective customers, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments. You’ll be a key player in our growth engine, delivering excellent service, managing follow-ups, and helping customers take the next step toward a cleaner, healthier home.
Key Responsibilities Answer inbound sales inquiries and educate customers on our services Convert calls into qualified leads and schedule appointments Accurately enter and manage lead information in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus!) Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless sales process Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs Stay knowledgeable about our services, promotions, and customer needs Work every third Saturday as part of a rotating schedule
What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM platforms A self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
