Job Summary Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned.
Supervises Custodial Staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Responsible to report any job-related injuries immediately to the Operations Manager. Assist the Operations Manager during the investigation of any injuries
Issues discipline according to the company’s rules and policies
Monitors employee usage of employee time recording system
Approves Paid Time Off while ensuring area coverage to meet contract obligations
Responsibilities include training employees
Plans, assigns, and directs work
Designs, organizes, and schedules periodic services around the property
Appraises work performance and completes quality control inspections
Addresses complaints and resolves problems
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work morning and evening shifts
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises custodial employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
