As a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. We are looking for an associate to join the Enterprise Arbitration team. This team focuses on optimizing inbound channels like EASE, Email, and Site by designing and implementing models and frameworks. These channels are crucial, generating over $2.5 billion in enterprise value annually through marketing and servicing optimization. Our goal is to ensure the optimal message is delivered to the right customer, driving excellent customer experiences and deepening customer relationships. We are seeking an analytical and innovative associate to support the Modeling function. Our models are central to the arbitration business, presenting significant opportunities for enhancement and leverage. The associate will concentrate on the convergence of business, credit, and modeling results, including evaluating potential model improvements, developing comprehensive model roadmaps, and advising Lines of Business (LOBs) on potential impacts to their operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and articulate, capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex customer behavior, and skilled at communicating these concepts to senior audiences. A strong understanding of the credit implications associated with product and messaging decisions is required. Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in response to shifting consumer and regulatory demands. Leadership: Potentially manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates to develop and retain talent. Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics. Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and strategic initiatives for products distributed through the retail channel; build targeted insights to inform customer experiences and new go-to-market strategies. Credit Risk: Improve credit performance by linking drivers of future trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses with rigorous monitoring and analysis. Execution: Manage delivery of business initiatives, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy; oversee multiple projects and programs. Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability. Strategic and analytic orientation: Demonstrate a proven track record of analytics-based decision making and problem solving; combine conceptual thinking with strong quantitative skills. Leadership and integrity: Make decisive, responsible decisions; foster innovation and accountability; deliver results. People leadership: Build and leverage high-performing teams and partner networks; foster innovation and drive critical decisions. Executive communication: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication, influencing skills, and the ability to drive agreement. Results orientation: Focus on achieving short- and long-term goals and managing in uncertain environments. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; consulting experience is a plus. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering); at least 2 years of analysis experience. Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s Degree in Business or quantitative fields (Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering). 5+ years of analysis experience. 2+ years of financial services experience. 1+ year of consulting experience. 2+ years of people management experience. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are location-based. Salaries for part-time roles are prorated based on hours. Locations and ranges include: Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 Other locations follow the applicable pay range.
