Transactional Real Estate Mid-Level Associate in Chicago

Troutman Pepper Locke's Real Estate practice group is seeking a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing (experience representing both borrowers and lenders would be a plus). They will be confident and comfortable working with clients daily, will have an elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This position will be based in our Chicago office. Candidates must be currently licensed in the U.S. and in good standing in the state they wish to practice, or eligible to waive in. They must possess excellent academic credentials and have superior writing skills. The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
