
Job Description
What this role offers: Design compelling print, digital, and interactive marketing materials (including copy writing) for various media for both B2C and B2B audiences Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts based on existing brand guidelines or clients objectives Manage multiple projects at any given time across global markets – end‑to‑end project delivery Analyse results and learnings to engage customers, boost customer retention and increase share of wallet across channels and products Coordinate and implement customer events, call center initiatives and related activities Typical day: Handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously (typically 3‑5), ranging from email to in‑store signage, retail creatives, posters, header cards and other deliverables Manage each project from initiation through to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness Qualifications
What we are looking for: Strong multi‑channel, digital and social customer communication skills Advanced project management skill set with proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects Experience managing the design process end‑to‑end Experience in campaign management within an automated CRM solution environment, ideally with Responsys/Oracle Creative and conceptual customer‑centric thinking Game‑changer mentality – taking measured risk to lead change Results‑oriented, driven, self‑starter type individual Experience working in multicultural, international environments and complex matrix structures Willingness to manage flexible working hours across US, Europe, ME and FE time zones University degree in a relevant field of study 2‑5 years of similar experience Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel Campaign management experience – 3+ years Ability to design, print, digital and interactive marketing materials, ideally with copy‑writing experience – 3‑5 years Self‑starter: go‑getter who can take initiative to drive change (provide example when you drove change or were a game‑changer) Ability to analyze results and learnings to engage customers (B2B or B2C) and drive attention, share, transactions and revenue International experience with clients or agencies outside the US is a plus Team player who collaborates well with highly engaged teams Additional Information
