— perfect for someone who loves connecting engineering, finance, and market needs. What You Will Do

Be the Voice of the Customer Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across all customer levels. Act as the key interface between the customer and OPmobility teams (engineering, finance, logistics, plant teams, etc.). Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively propose action plans. Prepare pricing, quotation packages, and complete tender responses aligned with OPmobility processes. Drive commercial negotiations together with the Sales Manager (part prices, investments, engineering/R&D costs, logistics, tooling, etc.). Manage pricing evolution during serial life, including negotiations on engineering and perimeter changes. Manage the Business & Build the Future Support the Sales Manager in shaping the commercial strategy for your customer portfolio. Contribute to annual budget building and long-term strategic planning for your perimeter. Understand customer systems, standards, and expectations to anticipate needs and identify new opportunities. Build and share competitive insights with Marketing teams. Stay up to date with R&I projects and their outcomes to position OPmobility effectively. Participate in plant productivity studies to drive continuous improvement. Adapt purchase order offers to customer requirements. Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of all costs (R&D, logistics, tooling, etc.). Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between plant teams and the customer. What You Bring

Degree in Engineering or Business (BA/MSc). Minimum 5 years’ experience in

automotive sales , engineering program management, manufacturing, marketing, or purchasing. Strong negotiation and contract-development skills. Solid business and financial acumen — capable of understanding cost impacts and assessing risks in real time. A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions. Why Join Us?
