
WasteXperts by Ally Wate - an on-site waste and recycling facilitator - is looking for a Residential Porter to join their team in Everett, WA.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am start time $20.50 to $21.50/hr; Valid Drivers License required and Adequate auto insurance coverage, as personal vehicle use may be a requirement of your assigned route
Responsibilities:
As a Residential Porter, you will visit various multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties that include but are not limited to the interior and exterior of buildings, walkways, stairways, common areas, tour routes, and parking lots/structures. This includes:
Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed
Pick up loose trash and debris
Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
Dust and wipe down areas as needed
Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs/paint as needed
Maintain exterior/interior entry and tour route as first task daily and check throughout the day for upkeep
Clean restrooms to include wiping down all surfaces, mopping, toilets & urinals, disposing/relining of trash, refilling soap/paper towel receptacles, etc.
Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying/relining waste receptacles
Maintain doggie parks where applicable by removing waste left behind and emptying/relining waste receptables within the enclosure
Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property
Report any damage or leaks in the building to apartment staff and include photo documentation (site plan?)
Communicate with the Operations team for any additional WX services needed onsite such as waste-related repairs, pressure washing, waste sorting, etc.
Take before and after photos as necessary for quality control

Requirements
Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations including a handheld device in the last 3 years)
Adequate auto insurance coverage , as personal vehicle use may be a requirement of your assigned route
Experience providing high attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work independently to complete daily assignments
Work well with others in a team environment
Strong time management skills
