Reporting to: Assistant National Sales Manager
Status: Full Time
Job responsibilities:
Meet annual sales budget forecast working with RSM, Account Manager.
Develop tactical action items and timeline to achieve annual Div. sales plan.
Identify and grow strategic customer relationship to increase market share.
Provide customer service and technical support for above customers.
Project and account management.
Product selection and eventual qualification.
Be the primary focal for system level solution‑based sales.
Quote.
Startup support, troubleshooting.
Provide timely and well written information of above accounts for monthly reporting.
Outside sales position. Longer distance travel is possible per project basis.
Collect technical marketing data and request from customer for Sanyo Denki Japan design Div.
Monitor competitor actively and stay up dated on latest competitor product development activity.
Strive to meet assigned annual review personal goal items.
Job Specific Knowledge
Experience with factory automation/mechatronics development, integration sales a must.
Motor tuning. (AC servo)
Basic amp/PLC controller programming. (IEC 61131-3)
CAD/CAM knowledge (SOLIDWORKS)
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software engineering disciplines.
General knowledge of materials, components and industrial standards including SEMI.
Experience with common project management and CRM tools.
Confident in common presentation software for both creation and presentation. (PowerPoint)
Capable of independent problem solving.
Education / Experience
Bachelor or higher degree in ME, EE or equivalent.
5 years of experience in related field.
Strong communicator, accustomed to work in fast‑paced team environment.
Solid documentation skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Application Engineering experience preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus.
