We’re growing and looking for an Entry to Mid‑Level Civil Designer to join our team. What You’ll Do
Produce construction drawings for commercial and residential developments, linear infrastructure, and treatment plant projects Support ALTA, Boundary, and Topographic survey deliverables Process survey data and prepare record (as‑built) documentation Assist with plats, site development, roadway layouts, utilities, surfaces, and grading in Civil 3D Work closely with engineers, surveyors, and field representatives in a collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For
Experience with Digital Design or Civil 3D (surfaces, alignments, networks, profiles, cross-sections, grading, parcels, sheet sets, etc.) Understanding of civil design, survey or workflows Ability to read and interpret plats, survey documents, and construction plan sets Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Experience with aerial imagery tools or survey fieldwork Familiarity with Bluebeam sessions and markup tools Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Planner, Teams, Excel, etc.) Why Mickle Griffin?
