
We are seeking a
Marketing Technical Business Analyst
who can operate as a hands‑on consultant and primary liaison between Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing domain knowledge with technical and analytical depth, enabling clear translation of marketing objectives into data, reporting, and measurement solutions.
This is a highly visible, onshore role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to partner closely with marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the bridge between Marketing stakeholders and technical/analytics teams
Translate marketing strategy into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze marketing performance data including
ad spend, campaign effectiveness, and attribution
Define and support analytics requirements using
GA4 and related digital analytics platforms
Enable optimization of marketing spend through insights, dashboards, and performance reporting
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews
Ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of marketing analytics initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a
Technical Business Analyst
in marketing or digital analytics environments
Strong understanding of
digital marketing metrics, paid media spend, and campaign performance
Hands‑on experience with
GA4 or similar analytics tools
Ability to operate in a
consultative, client‑facing capacity
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working onshore with cross‑functional business and technical teams
Preferred Experience
Background in marketing technology, analytics, or agency/consulting environments
Familiarity with tag management, data layers, and MarTech ecosystems
