At CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain your property, combining customer service with property maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

In your role, you will manage and maintain the property, delivering customer service and performing maintenance tasks as needed.

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5-Star service.

Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.

Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.

Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.

Work independently and on a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

Property Maintenance

Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).

Maintaining facility includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and similar light activities.

Keeping a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (e.g., clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).

Qualifications

A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.

Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.

Basic computer skills.

Additional Information

You must have the ability to work Saturdays.

Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday.

While performing the duties of this job, you will frequently be required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.

Some locations may require Sunday hours.
