General Function The Nuance Tech Specialist is responsible for driving growth in the wearable branded Nuance Audio category through the iECP and Audiology channels. The role consistently achieves national sales goals through coordination and training of customers, lead generation, and customer care. The team conducts regular practice visits with iECPs (Eyecare Providers) to maximize sell-in and through opportunities.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow Nuance Audio sales within the assigned geography.
Influence Business Development leads and engage in direct customer interactions to achieve objectives.
Serve as a technical expert in Nuance Audio technology and the value EL brings in this category.
Achieve the national Nuance group sales forecast.
Presents and educates doctors at local workshops and company-sponsored events for iECPs, Key Accounts, and Audiology customers.
Provide exceptional customer support for iECPs, Key Accounts, and Audiology by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving order discrepancies, and addressing lab-related concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage sales unit volume and productivity across iECP and Audiology channels.
Train on Nuance complete pair technology to enable ECPs to sell through and maximize productivity.
Complete reports and other administrative duties accurately and timely.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Travel 40-50% of the time.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated sales results with 3-5 years of sales experience.
Strong consultative selling skills.
Sophisticated presentation skills.
Technical capability in lens, audiology, or related tech space.
Proven leadership, management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, general PC navigation, contact management systems, and sales analytics tools).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
Audiology or optical experience preferred.
Pay Range: 65,262.50 - 109,203.43
