We are currently seeking an
Account Executive to join our team as a member of our growingOffsite Manufacturing division. This position will focus on buildinglong lastingrelationships of trust while becoming the client’s solutions provider.Additionalresponsibilities include: Business Development Responsible for lead generation, customer service, proposal development, and customer acquisition. Producesaccurateestimates, assembles qualityproposalsanddemonstratesgood written communication skills utilizing McKinstry guidelines and proposal formats. Builds and owns market strategies. Includes SWOT analysis, competitiveanalysis, andvertical market and horizontal offering strategies. Analyzes the potential of specific projects while considering changing market conditions. Staysup to date in the marketplace. Partners with internal resources to ensure deliverables meet timelines and requirements. Assists the Senior Account Executive with larger projects. Coordinates with Business Unit Manager to ensure successful execution of projects. Client Relations Provides support to the customer with regards toprojectsfinancing and contracting issues. Acts as the client’s single point of accountability. Initiates and develops personal relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes McKinstry’s tools and processes to support our customer relationship strategies. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Must havedemonstratedproficiencyforall the responsibilities of a Sales Engineer. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visiorequired; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experiencerequired. Five (5) years of experience with a mechanical or electrical construction contractor, engineering firm or vendorrequired. Two (2) years of experience leading and closing salesrequired. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, and estimatesrequired. Knowledge of buildinginfrastructuremechanical and electrical systemsrequired. The pay range for this position is$93,600 - $163,400per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits,dependenton the position offered.
