We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing candidates with a passion for sales to join our dynamic B2B team! In this exciting role, you'll focus on telephone based sales of fresh flower varieties and floral products offered by Flowerbuyer to our network of member florists. Bilingual Spanish helpful but not required.

We value our commitment to the team and our everyday pursuit to be better. The Inside Sales, Flowerbuyer team, has the option of working a hybrid work schedule of Monday to Thursday in the

Paragould, AR office

with the option of working from home on Fridays. Working from home is voluntary and the option to work in the office is available. The role is an hourly + commission position with the opportunity to earn additional income through sale contests and performance-based added commission. The average annual wage ranges from $35,000 to $65,000.

Job Description

Establish a high level of rapport and trust with the Teleflora florists

Develop in-depth knowledge of FlowerBuyer’s complete portfolio of fresh flowers and floral supplies

Meet/exceed the daily, weekly and monthly quotas that are established for contacts and sales

Meet/exceed the daily expected percentage of time on the telephones selling to the florist

Use every customer contact to reinforce the Teleflora commitment to customer service

Prepare reports as necessary for the Inside Sales department management

Utilize appropriate order entry; call tracking and contact management software

Participate in sales, product and process training as required

Communicate with other departments to help meet departmental needs

Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Must work extended hours as business needs dictate

Possess strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

Strong attention to detail including but not limited to accurate spelling and appropriate abbreviations

Basic computer literacy, basic math and writing skills

Excellent telephone skills and sales skills required

Self-motivated, goal-driven capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Must display a strong desire to achieve and maintain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction

Work experience in a floral operation and/or outbound business to business telemarketing/telephone sales experience a plus

Knowledge of flowers, seasonal trends, or event planning a plus

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
